LogBox Academic Training Sessions for Supervisors and Trainees
We are pleased to announce that training sessions aimed at onboarding supervisors and trainees in academic institutions have started in March 2021. The purpose of these events is to train users of LogBox Academic on the web and mobile platforms.
The sessions are open to all registrars and supervisors. They are not limited to new trainees, as many existing users are still in need of support in understanding how the system works.
Onboarding is important to ensure digital rotation sign-offs take place and supervisors and their trainees are familiar with the system. Considering that electronic portfolios have become standardised, we are working to ensure that the sessions are available to all.
Making training accessible
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is anticipated that these training sessions will be run as hybrid events. There will be in-person and online events taking place nationally.
Details of training sessions per specialty will be communicated to the relevant departments in the near future.
